Summary of Job’s Purpose:
Our Senior Manager, People will play a key role in designing reporting systems and dashboards to help track and gauge employee metrics related to talent acquisition, internal mobility/promotions, DEI and employee engagement metrics. You will work hand in hand with the VP, People using data to create compelling HR/People stories and business cases to drive business decisions and meet company goals.
The Senior Manager, People is an analytical, numbers driven, people-centric, experienced HR business partner who enjoys collaborating with key internal stakeholders supporting the HR function.
The position is based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.
The Position:
Support the People Operations function for a 300+ person company with staff in the US, APAC and EMEA
Partner across people operations to develop and deliver reporting across the employee lifecycle (i.e. talent dashboard, diversity metrics, talent acquisition metrics, internal mobility/promotions, retention, etc.)
Assist with reporting and monitoring compensation, total rewards, benefits, attrition, retention and performance management and rewards programs
Understand priorities related to the people team strategy and build the people analytics roadmap; establish milestones, create project plans, and communicate updates across the organization
Utilize a data driven approach to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to strengthen employee performance, retention, and engagement
Establish scalable solutions and leverage existing systems, survey feedback and other reporting mechanisms to gauge areas where People Ops is excelling as well as areas for both risk and also improvement
Assist with project managing the OKR process
Stay informed on federal, state, and agency compliance matters and serve as an expert in state and federal labor law compliance in all locations in which StitcherAds operates, ensuring we are compliant
Contribute as a cultural champion and create an inclusive workplace with an emphasis on diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives for all employees
Assist with auditing HR systems and processes
The Requirements:
5+ years of experience in human resources/people team experience
3+ years of experience with extracting data from various sources and complaining reports and recommendations based on findings
Extensive HR people operations experience with the ability to manage sensitive situations with fairness and drive appropriate outcomes
Must possess a high level of flexibility and adaptability to handle both day-to-day operational requirements of this position, as well as act strategically in matters related to broader, organizational initiatives
Strong project management skills and ability to own complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment (tech industry experience a plus)
Ability to storytell using data. Experience creating analytics using Excel to drive HR business initiatives
Proactively assess data systems, reporting and make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
