TEKsystems Healthcare Admin // Data Entry / CSR in Louisville, Colorado
Description:
Place inbound/outbound calls to NICs to assist in any questions they have as it relates to appointments scheduled, onboarding, training and more
Will ensure all necessary forms are completed before the start of NIC's
Will properly organize invoices as they are received electronically or physically
Take inbound and outbound calls.
Work through orders as sent out by the doctors, viewing relevant information through their internal system.
Provide exceptional customer support when interacting with patients and contract phlebotomists.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service or data entry experience
Open to retail service experience
Strong customer service and people skills
