The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources Manager and provides administrative functions of the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. Assists in meeting the hospital's recruitment, orientation, badges, benefits, timekeeping and organizational development objectives.Greets customers, answers and directs phone calls, attends to employee inquiries, schedules interviews with candidates, performs references for potential new hires, assists in organizing employee files accurately, other duties as assigned.
