Senior Commodity Buyer (PCBA)

How You'll Create Possibilities

As a Senior Commodity Buyer, you will be a key player in managing the entire PCBA sourcing and supply chain. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing, superior quality, and on-time delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of supplier relationships from strategic sourcing to performance evaluation and development.

  • Leading annual cost reduction negotiations and spearheading value engineering activities.

  • Collaborating with global teams to diversify our supply base and build a stable, cost-effective supply chain.

  • Implementing the PCBA commodity strategy in partnership with the PCBA Senior Commodity Manager.

  • Identifying and mitigating supplier risks, while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of PCBAs for new product introductions.

This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to adapt quickly and embrace opportunities to take on new responsibilities as our business evolves.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

We’re looking for a candidate who is proactive, collaborative, and results-driven, with a strong background in supply chain management. If the qualifications below resonate with you, we encourage you to apply:

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, commodity management, or similar roles, with hands-on experience in supplier negotiation and performance management.

  • Experience working with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or related fields.

  • Experience working with multicultural teams and demonstrated international supplier management.

  • Strong initiative and a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take action.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.

  • Prior experience in the appliances industry.
