job summary:
A Project Controls Lead Analyst is needed for a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company in the Pilgrim, KY area. This senior-level position involves leading and executing planning/scheduling, cost engineering, and risk/change management functions, providing guidance to project controls personnel, interfacing with subcontractors and management, and advising on project execution matters.

responsibilities:
Senior level position supporting Planning/Scheduling, Cost Engineering, and Risk/Change Management.
Competently performs all aspects of planning/scheduling, cost analysis, and field project assignments under general supervision.
Provides guidance to less experienced project controls personnel and acts in the capacity of a lead person.
Demonstrates capability in leading the project control function and influencing internal and external clients.
Leads project forecasts and advises project teams on matters affecting project execution.
Supports proposal efforts.
Leads project cost controls team in preparing baseline cost deliverables and analyzing reports.
Leads quantity management reporting and change management programs.
Applies key scheduling processes and leads project controls scheduling team in plan and schedule preparation.
Interfaces with subcontractors for Planning and Scheduling activities and ensures constructability is part of the planning process.
Applies key cost control processes and ensures systems are in place for proactive issue identification.
Interfaces with management team to identify issues and advises home office PCM on matters affecting project success.
Education Requirements:
Prefer Master's degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management.
Four-year Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience.
OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with ten years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning and Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office.
