BCBA provides behavioral services in home/school for youth with ASD and their families in Northern NJ. BCBA trains and supports Behavior Techs. Develops and implements parent trainings. Develops, manages and oversees progress reports and treatment plans. Excellent communication skills with team and families required Masters degree, BCBA and 5 years experience with ABA required. Must maintain all certifications. Be able to lift at least 40 pounds, and be physically active with clients. Maintain client privacy. Reliable transportation required.
