Medical Benefits CSR

Pay Rate: $15.50

Location: Madison Heights

Hours of operation is 8:00AM - 5:00PM M-F.

Remote: After 4 weeks of training in Madison Heights, you will be fully-remote

This person will be required to answer calls quickly and assist customers with their needs. These customers will be calling about insurance questions, what products they are eligible for, what costs will look like, etc... Someone with Medical / Insurance customer service experience would be a perfect fit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• 1 year (or more) of Medical Office related experience

Nice to Haves:

• The CSR experience must be within the healthcare field.

• Insurance customer service experience. Big Plus!!!
