JOB REQUIREMENTS: Health Information Management (HIM) Systems Analyst - 31027 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE. We are seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Systems Analyst to: * Keep the Health Link platform up to date with the most accurate patient information. * Merge patient charts when there are two medical records by maintaining the integrity of the medical record. * Analyze and identify patient overlays or fraud cases; fix the chart for patient safety to have one medical record. * Provide input on workflow improvements, perform, and test workflows, and offer feedback on updates.
