JOB REQUIREMENTS: Health Information Management (HIM) Systems Analyst - 31027 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE. Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday with on-call rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is remote. We are seeking a Health Information Management (HIM) Systems Analyst to: * Keep the Health Link platform up to date with the most accurate patient information. * Merge patient charts when there are two medical records by maintaining the integrity of the medical record. * Analyze and identify patient overlays or fraud cases; fix the chart for patient safety to have one medical record. * Provide input on workflow improvements, perform, and test workflows, and offer feedback on updates. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree, in addition to the required experience below.
