Overview Of The Team

Join the HR team and work closely with our HR Director, HR Business Partners, and Business, assisting with various day-to-day people-related matters and HR activities.

This collaboration will be crucial in driving Takeda's business strategies and shaping the overall employee experience through our diverse range of people programs and processes.

Role Overview:

  • Administrative support: to employees across Spain and Portugal.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: assist the onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain employee files: maintain accurate employee files for current and former employees.

  • HR CRM System: support the team with the systems updates (Workday).

  • Supporting People Programs: Professional Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Wellness, Reward and Recognition and more.

  • Employee Experience: assist with planning of employee events, and support coordination of Town Halls and other initiatives for HR and the Executive Team.

  • HR material: support review and development of internal HR materials and policies

Desired Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or Master Degree in HR.

  • Possibility to sign school agreement (convenio de practicas)

  • Good understanding of HR processes and practices

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.

  • Fluent in English

  • Must be willing to work from our Madrid office around 2 days per week.

  • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Comfortable managing multiple work streams and time-critical projects.
