The internship will serve on the Training and Education team Swiss HQ.

The functions to be performed corresponding to the offered internship are:

• Responsibility of the internship program:

o Preparation of virtual classes

o Technical support during virtual classes and other administrative tasks that may be required.

o Control of attendees of training courses

§ Training and attendance reports

§ Course related communication

§ Enrollment of trainees in course page

§ Troubleshooting of technical problems with course page

o Support on educational digital platform webpage:

§ Update existing pages and creating new pages.

§ Tracking for new content

§ Troubleshoot users’ problems with the platform.

§ Enrolling and tracking of users

§ Collaborate with MRK and T&E to create training programs.

o Creation and edition of educational content and other types of materials.

o Support during approval process of documentation.

o Support other training and education activities.

Minimum requirements:

· High level of English (Reading: Level C1) / Writing: Level C1 / Conversation: Level C1)

· Office (Advanced): Word, Excel and Power Point

· Familiarized with scientific language, medical devices, and digital platforms.

Previous experience: Not required

Minimum Studies : Degree

Type of Degree :

  1. Biomedical Engineering

  2. Biochemistry

  3. Pharmacy

  4. Biotechnologist

Skills:

Additional Information:

  • Internship agreement with university / business school needed

  • Duration: 12 months average (max. 18 months)

  • Full time

  • Schedule: flexible 7:30-10_00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day

  • Office onsite: minimum 2 days/week

  • Study allowance €900 gross/month + Meal allowance (Ticket restaurant)
