Aston Carter Contracts Advisor in Malvern, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract review/redlining and contract negotiation across a broad range of service types such as Human Resources, Professional Services, Telecom, IT, and Market Data. The role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating procurement contracts including MSA, Amendment, SOW, NDA, EULA, and Hosted agreements. You will support the sourcing function by handling commercial contracts of medium complexity, ensuring they are timely and accurately negotiated and executed. Additionally, you will educate key stakeholders on commercial, legal, policy, and other considerations, ensuring quality control and compliance with documented contracting processes.

Hard Skills

  • Contract review/redlining

  • Contract negotiation experience

  • Experience in Human Resources, Professional Services, Telecom, IT, Market Data

Work Site

  • This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Malvern, Pennsylvania and some days remote.
