Aerotek Apartment Maintenance Technician in Manchester, Connecticut

Job Title: Property Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Property Manager, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our apartment complex. Your primary responsibilities include managing maintenance tickets, servicing small kitchen appliances, and working on various repair tasks ranging from plumbing to electrical fixes. You will work under the maintenance supervisor and collaborate with the Lead Mechanic on larger facility projects. This position operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation 1-2 weeks per month after a 6-month contract period. Reliable transportation is required as you must live within 30 minutes of the facility.
