Hyatt Chef de Cuisine- Pool House in MANILA, Philippines

We are looking for a well-experienced Chef De Cuisine who will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Pool House kitchen. This role will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and logistics in the kitchen, managing an efficient kitchen team, and implementing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

  • Progressive career in kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel with high standards and large operations, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Occupational Health and Safety Standards

  • Ability to work around different computer applications and kitchen management systems

  • Possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Passion for working with people
