We are looking for a mature and highly independent candidate who will be responsible for partner sales activities in Philippines to join our sales team. This position will be reporting to the Digital Industries Sales Head and will be based in Manila, Philippines. The potential candidate will need to have an excellent understanding of the channel sales aspects of Digital Industries portfolio and including a strong focus on building and leveraging relationships with our partners and selective end users representing Siemens to senior levels of customers’ organization and bringing opportunities forward on a selective basis to enable timely and successful closure.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Lead and manage channel business growth by overseeing partners' target achievements, including target setting, business reviews, and sales strategies.

  • Pursue strategic sales deals with key channels to enhance business development.

  • Implement and oversee partner network and programs to support effective business collaborations.

  • Create initiatives facilitating the entry of country channel partners into key markets.

  • Support channel partners in closing business deals and recruit new partners with the assistance of business units.

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to manage complexities or conflicts and ensure awareness of product elements.

  • Maintain professional integrity, drive policy compliance, and uphold core internal and customer processes for effective role execution.

You excel in:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of channel engineering sales experience with a proven sales record.

  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage Digital Industries portfolio sales, specifically through a channel partner model.

  • Exhibit strong business acumen for managing forecasts and achieving targets.

  • Capable of managing channel partners and addressing customer demands.

  • Display excellent interpersonal skills, conflict management, and issue analysis capabilities.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including presales, sales, marketing, technical, finance, and supply chain.
