Daily General Cleaning Team Member

• Monday - Friday, generally completed 8:30am on first job site - 4:30pm at last job site with break intervals throughout day.
• Saturday - Sunday vary; depending on high volume of customer requests.
• Training pay is $11.00 / hour, Regular pay is $12.00 / hour (after training has ended) with room to increase (according to evaluations and longevity).

*Opportunities to grow within M.O.M. by becoming a Team Lead and/or Field Trainer; includes higher wage.

Evening Commercial Cleaning Team Member

• Generally completed between 5:00pm - 10:00pm
• Training pay is $11.00 / hour, Regular pay is $13.00 / hour (after training has ended) with room to increase (according to evaluations and longevity).

We have flexible schedules and high starting pay with additional incentive pay types available, according to the job assignment and longevity. Will offer more incentives after 10 months of employment.

Daily responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Dusting Detail: High and Low
• Removal of Spider Webs
• Attention to and have ability to complete Detailed Cleaning
• Thorough Bathroom Cleaning and Sanitizing
• Thorough Kitchen Cleaning and Sanitizing
• Operate and Care for vacuum cleaner
• Sweep, vacuum, mop accordingly
• Empty and consolidate garbage on premises
• Mirror cleaning
• Window pane (interior and exterior) cleaning
• Regular Maintenance cleaning items in both Residential and Commercial job sites
• Post-Construction cleanings of new homes
• Deep Cleaning items
• Ability to complete tasks within time frames provided on daily schedules
• Ability to work proficiently and efficiently
