Here, you will make an impact by:Leading new application replication that can have significant impact potential at a program level.Implementing project scope, expectations, and requirements to suggest future direction based on results.Determining which technical skills to apply to provide support and services to internal and external customers through product localization/converting, technology development, process development, and life cycle management.Supporting the development of intellectual property processes and positions, including Invention Submission (ISs), patent and trade secrets.Company VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this positionYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of experience providing technical sales support in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh school diploma/GED completed prior to start and seven (7) years of experience providing technical sales support in a private, public, government or military environment.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Current, valid Drivers License.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor's degree or higher in related discipline (Graphics Art, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Electrical Engineering) from an accredited university.Possess intrapersonal skills able to communicate at all levels of the organization.Written and oral presentation, training, and communication skills.Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Ability to work and take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments independently and within a team environment.Experience with statistical software.Ability to problem solve and apply new knowledge to practical situations.Strong organizational skills.Work location:Maplewood MNTravel: May include up to 30% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
