Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Global Content Compliance Coordinator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Partnering with the Global Content Compliance Specialist, Legal and other Content Operations teams on content compliance initiatives and projects, including but not limited to, fielding enterprise content compliance questions, offering content compliance counsel and ensuring that content compliance policies, standards, guidelines, procedures and processes are clearly defined, effectively communicated throughout the organization, trained on, implemented and followed.Maintaining a library of content compliance standards, documentation, processes and release forms.Managing the content compliance section of Solventum Content Central, an enterprise-facing repository for marketing content compliance guidance and information. Authoring, editing and updating site content as needed.Liaising with compliance vendor partners and assisting business and enterprise teams in their understanding and use of various internal and external compliance services and tools, including supporting them in their compliance vendor interactions.Identifying and recommending content compliance improvements to help mitigate risk, among other responsibilities.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution AND 2 years of experience in a business operations, content operations, marketing operations or legal function.ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND 6 years of experience in a business operations, content operations, marketing operations or legal function.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven ability to work effectively with business partners, functional leaders and legal teams in a collaborative, consultative capacityProactive self-starter, with strong communication, process documentation, critical thinking and reporting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSuccessful experience working across a global, complex, multi-business organizationExperience working in legal or compliance functions and knowledge o content compliance laws, regulations and standardsWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
