Here, you will make an impact by:Leads Project/Program Center of Excellence including the development and implementation of project/program management best practices/processes/tools across the enterprise. Ensures process/continuous improvement and change management methodologies are implemented.Develops project/program staff enterprise-wide expertise around all tools, technologies, and processes.Analyzes key enterprise initiatives and identifies/reports aggregate execution issues, such as resourcing, sequencing and major interdependencies, for leadership prioritization/adjustments. Ensures implementation and monitoring of risk escalation processes.Leads large cross business/functional/geographic projects/programs.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of Project/Program Management, Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of Project/Program Management, Process Improvement or Continuous Improvement.Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:An advanced degree such as an MBA.PMI or PMP certification.Significant program leadership experience across multiple functions.Ability to drive improvements in both operational and non-operational areas, including connecting cross-functional resources to remove waste along extended value streams.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills.Breadth of diverse experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide work to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.Work location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 20%domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: N ot authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Sup orting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
