[**DUTIES: Design, implement, and deliver complex solutions to accept payments safely and securely from customers. Actively and independently acquire knowledge of transaction costs for Charter and build most economical solution. Work closely with the development team to respond, clarify, or define best implementation of payment services and surrounding organizations. Diagnose complex issues and evaluate, recommend, and execute the best resolution. Manage detailed application requirements and collaborate with project and development teams to ensure quality function, features, and user experience. Develop, modify, enhance, and implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives. Influence system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements. Ensure alignment between business operational strategies and technical solutions. Work closely with Enterprise Architects on identifying and implementing new technological solutions. Direct team members on utilizing properly development tools and maintain best development practices. Develop software using Java, Hibernate, and SpringBoot. Process data with Oracle DB. Develop integration methods between various platforms using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML. Utilize Agile development within the context of the software development lifecycle. Integrate software development cycle into automated deployment pipeline using CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.

[**REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience utilizing Java, Hibernate, or SpringBoot for software development. 7 years of experience processing data with Oracle DB; and utilizing REST, SOAP, JSON, or XML to develop integration methods between various platforms. 5 years of experience utilizing Agile development within the context of the software development lifecycle; and experience utilizing CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory to integrate software development cycle into automated deployment pipeline.
