Responsibilities:

As an IBM ELM Platform Administrator at Robert Half Technology, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the IBM ELM Platform. Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling Tickets and Support Issues:

• Project configuration in IBM ELM tools

• Workflow Management

• Provide technical solutions using best practices for IBM ELM applications

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with business groups and stakeholders for ELM application-specific queries and issues

Position Success Criteria Desired ('WANTS'):

• Experience:

• 5 years of IBM ELM Application administration experience with EWM, ETM, DNG, and JRS tools.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Linux and Windows environment administration.

• Strong administration experience in Linux and Windows-based servers.

• VM administration.

• Team Collaboration:

• Team player with strong communication skills, capable of working in a multi-site team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Methodology:

• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.

• Understanding of DevOps methodology is a plus.

  Requirements

Must-Haves:

• IBM ELM Application administration experience in EWM, ETM, DNG, JRS tools.

• Hands-on experience with IBM ALM tools.

• Project configuration in IBM ALM tools.

• Work item customizations.

• Using RTC Eclipse client for configuration.

• JRS report building.

• Linux and Windows environment administration.

• Strong administration experience in Linux and Windows-based servers.

• VM administration.

• Provide maintenance and support for ALM infrastructure.

• Assist with plugin deployment.

• Work with stakeholders for ALM application support.

• Experience in working closely with business groups for requirement gathering.

• Assisting with user queries.

• Provide technical solutions using best practices for the ALM applications.

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

• Basic understanding of application end server-side errors and ability to troubleshoot.

• Troubleshooting ALM application-specific issues.

• Troubleshooting system/application connectivity.

Nice to Have:

• Agile methodology.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Understanding of DevOps Methodology.
