Novant Health First Charlotte Physicians Matthews is seeking a LPN Lead. The LPN Lead provides non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope.Collaborates with the practice manager and physician with recognizing and communicating opportunities for improvement related to best operational efficiencies in the physician practice setting. Embraces change and acts as a change agent. Monitors quality of completion of core processes in the department. Collaborates with other departments or disciplines to achieve desired outcomes as assigned by Physician.

Qualifications

• Education : High School Diploma or GED, required.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

• Experience : Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement; required. Experience in the physician office practice setting., required.

• Licensure/Certification : Current LPN licensure in appropriate state, required.

• Additional skills required : Successful completion of generic and department-specifics skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.

• Additional skills preferred: Leadership development.
