Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include passing a Weld Test, operating overhead cranes safely, adjusting weld configurations, heating and forming metal parts using various tools, welding in multiple positions, operating measuring devices, assembling and welding metal parts, positioning materials for welding, training in various production areas as needed, following verbal and written instructions, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Hard Skills

• MIG Welding (6 months experience)

• Ability to read blueprints

• Operation of measuring devices

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team and independently

Work Environment

The role involves repetitive production welding, requiring both independent and collaborative efforts. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed shoes, and a clean work shirt. Shifts available include the 3rd shift (Mon-Thurs 7:30 pm-5:30 am and 8 pm-6 am) with overtime.
