GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist plant controller in preparing and analyzing financial data for the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports including production hours and efficiency, purchase orders, cycle counts, warranty returns, and production expenses.

• Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports including overtime, payroll reporting, scrap, and labor transfers.

• Processing and maintenance of inventory and fixed asset management records, which includes tracking and closure of A/Rs.

• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports to various departments and corporate accounting; including KPI, international hours, FAS 151 Calculation, and others as requested.

• Complete monthly adjusting entries.

• Process all financial documentation and reporting for freight claims, continuous improvement projects, account number information changes, and aging listing; and any other accounting service needed to support the operation.

• Set up and maintain reporting of costs of all finished good and components.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above

• 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment. SAP experience a plus.
