BayCare is currently in search of our newest Speech Therapist (Pool) who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Since 1985, Mease Countryside Hospital has been raising the standard of care for patients of all ages. Today, our 387-bed facility offers an unwavering commitment to the community. Nationally recognized for its clinical excellence, our award-winning facility features multiple Centers of Excellence, including women and children's services, heart, cancer, neurosciences and orthopedics.

Speech Therapist Pool Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.

• Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

Requirements:

• CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Speech Therapy License

• Required Master's Speech Therapy

• Preferred Doctorate Speech Therapy

• 1 year Clinical Related is preferred
