JOB REQUIREMENTS: ******\$10,000 Sign On Bonus****** We are looking for Certified Hand Therapist who is ready to join a great team of other Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and orthopedic providers to help patients reach their goal. We are looking for a Certified Hand Therapist who is ready to work closely with our hand surgeons to manage patient care. All visits are 45 minutes in length and one-on-one with the patient and provider. ABOUT BONE & JOINT Bone & Joint is a physician owned practice with a great team of orthopedic and PM&R providers. We currently have offices in Rib Mountain, Wausau, Merrill, Medford, and Plover to service much of central Wisconsin. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED HAND THERAPIST Certified Hand Therapists will perform initial evaluation, daily treatments, progress visits, custom splinting, and discharge visits for patients. Throughout the course of treatment for a patient, you may be required to communicate with the physicians or other members of the care team. Regardless if you are a new hand Certified Hand Therapist or an experienced, there is an opportunity for mentoring, which can be structured to whatever you may need. The onboarding process will be comprehensive and help you to feel comfortable treating patients. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CERTIFIED HAND THERAPIST Current Wisconsin Certified Hand Therapist Licensure or the ability to apply Desire to provide excellent patient care while working as a team Valid driver\'s license WORK SCHEDULE Workdays of a Certified Hand Therapist allows for flexibility.
