WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an EKIN Experience & Training Specialist based out of Melbourne, Australia, who is passionate about creating impactful athlete experiences and programs. Someone who is results orientated, solutions focused and can work on multiple projects at once. You are passionate about product, connecting with retail and inspiring community through meaningful storytelling. We serve athletes* on all things Nike product and services.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will support the EKIN team with seasonal athlete education plan development and delivery. You will have a sharp focus on Running and supporting responsibilities on Women’s Fitness, Football and Lifestyle Category Product Education. Projects include Seasonal Kick-Off, Athlete Journeys, Grassroots Community Activations, Brand Experiences and Digital Education Platforms Miyagi and EKIN TV.

On any given day you will also provide logistics support for the EKIN team with product orders, product information and samples.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Sitting within the Retail Marketing Team, you will work with the regional team (Asia Pacific, Latin America – APLA) and local athletes across Brand Marketing, Marketplace, Merchandising and Operations teams. You will also connect regularly with the global EKIN organization.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • The applicant should have the right to work in Australia.

  • 2 years’ experience working in a sport and/or consumer based professional environment.

  • Strong Nike product knowledge, particularly across running, fitness, football, and lifestyle.

  • Skilled in building, engaging and educational presentations that create a compelling story.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Deadline driven, and the ability to work through uncertainty.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization and problem-solving skills

  • Advantageous - Delivered education sessions both in-person and virtually to groups ranging from intimate to large.
