You will support and co-ordinate the execution of key seasonal events by collaborating with sales, supply, demand and logistics teams. Focused on ensuring collaboratively phased on time stock flow from Mondelez Distribution Centre’s into our customers warehouses. Another aspect of this role will be to drive continuous improvement in the Customer Logistics Development function, utilizing your analytical & problem-solving skills with the goal of removing barriers to make future events more efficient, resulting in maximized business growth year on year.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead the co-ordination and the execution of the seasonal plan with sales, logistics, demand and Customer logistics team.

  • Manage internal communication with Sales, Demand & Customer logistics teams to drive effective collaboration, while driving proactive issue resolution

  • Identify opportunities to improve seasonal Customer service through collaboration with all relevant functions.

  • Effective pre-planning of events with selected customers and their customer teams, engagement at the right time and forecast collaboration to drive forecast accuracy of seasonal events.

  • Identify opportunities to drive operational excellence for our customers.

  • Support the demand and customer logistics teams with reporting, post implementation reviews and insight generation to enable continuous improvement in the seasonal space.

  • Lead and support the execution of relevant supply chain optimization initiatives.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.

  • Supply chain experience and/or Sales experience.

  • Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – and able to understand and interpret data.

  • Team player who can work with many other functions daily.

  • Customer orientation, strong influencing, and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Operations, or related disciplines an advantage

  • Experience in Project Management would be an advantage.

Education / Certifications:

  • A business or supply chain degree is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • This role is based in our Head Office in South Melbourne. We follow a hybrid working model with 3 days working from office and 2 days work from home.
