About the Role

Brightly is a global software company and is part of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Group. Brightly specializes in cloud-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.

Brightly is experiencing extraordinary growth globally and is currently expanding in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The Pre-Sales Manager is a position within the sales organization responsible for growing and managing new business by representing a large portfolio of the Brightly suite within a group of large & strategic prospect accounts. Working in the Sales team and reporting to the Vice President of Sales, The Presales Manager will design, maintain, and upgrade the Sales process and materials and provide resources and guidance to the sales team. The Presales Manager will liaise with Marketing, Consultants, Delivery, Sales and Development teams to ensure Sales staff have the latest and greatest packaged-up Brightly Software solution at their fingertips. This will guide for all sales activities including tenders, demonstrations, tradeshow, webinars, and client check in. Your expertise in using the Brightly suite of software and services will be on display as you travel to client demonstrations and respond to technical enquires from clients and the sales team. This role is not designed as a Sales support role, it is equivalent in responsibility and importance to that of the territory Account Managers and reports directly to the VP of Sales.

The Presales Manager will be the team leader of the Presales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day function of the Presales team

• Consult with Marketing, Delivery, Sales, Consulting and Development teams to:

o Develop, maintain and manage Sales ready software modules

o Develop and maintain Sales collateral library

• Source and provide SME knowledge in the Sales process including liaising directly with clients

• Oversee the tender management process

• Prepare ‘Template’ demonstration scripts across modules and verticals

• Contribute SME knowledge to ‘go/no-go’ process

o Prepare and provide onsite/online software demonstration (including coordinating internal SME’s to contribute to demonstrations as required)

To be successful you will have:

• Client-focused knowledge with a strong desire to help drive solution-oriented outcomes for customers to get the best from Brightly’s solutions

• Extensive knowledge, skills and experience in the Brightly suite: Assetic Cloud, Confirm and Predictor would be desirable

• Demonstrated ability to organise and plan, and to meet rigid and conflicting demands and deadlines, along with the ability to adapt to changed priorities

• Demonstrated high-level problem solving and research skills with the ability to conceptualise initiatives, often complex in nature, develop and propose options, and prepare reports for consideration by key decision makers

• High level proficiency with Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools such as Access, SQL, Power BI, TM1 would be desirable

• Commercial acumen to assist with scoping and costing opportunities

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; this role requires collaborating and working with multiple parts of the business and partner organisation to ensure Brightly delivers world class presentations of our solution set
