$51,000 - $68,000
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.
Physical Location :
International Paper Corporate Office is located in Memphis, TN. The location of this position is flexible.
The Job You Will Perform:
The purpose of this position is to provide recruiting support to assigned recruiter(s), assisting with job posting, screening, creating presentations and scheduling. Scope includes working with Recruiters, Human Resources Business Partners, Candidates/Applicants and Hiring Managers specific to these aspects of the recruiting process.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Ability to support multiple Recruiters
Assist with presentations, recruiting projects, recruiting strategies, and help maintain updated training materials/SOPs
Maintain communication with candidates to include providing interview details, notifications and travel arrangements
Provide the hiring team with interview details including the calendar invitation, candidate information, and interview materials
Maintain strong relationships with recruiters, business partner, and candidates
Coordinate travel for candidates
Reconcile credit card statements and expenditures
Process candidate travel reimbursement requests
2+ years of administrative support experience
Previous recruiting/HR experience preferred
Knowledge of social media is preferred, especially sites like LinkedIn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Excellent internet knowledge and navigational skills
Excellent customer service and time management
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of contract compliance as it relates to recruiting
Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills
