Sunstates Security is hiring Part-time Customer Service Lobby Ambassadors/Flex in the Menlo Park, CA area . These positions offer a pay rate of $29/hr, paid weekly and have the following part-time shifts available:

• Days 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

• Swings 2:00 pm- 10:30 pm

  These flex officers will have open availability to work on call shifts either days or swings as listed above.

  Requirements:

• Working knowledge* of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Google Sheets, Doc, etc.. * Please note: Testing will be incorporated into the interview

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English which may include composing written reports

• CA Guard Card preferred

• CPR Card

• Successfully complete Sunstates background check which includes a 10 Panel Drug Screen and Fingerprinting/ Live Scan as well as the clients more extensive background check

• 5 years of security, supervisory and/or management experience preferred along with e xcellent customer service skills

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a v alid driver's license, a clean driving record, and more than 3 years of driving experience

  Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

• Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.

• Prepare all required written reports in an ongoing and timely manner, including but not limited to: Daily Activity Reports (DAR’s) and Incident Reports.

• Operating phones, radios, and computer systems and applications such as MAC IOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suites

• Monitoring Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues

• Following site specific post orders, pass down messages, and being in compliance with employee handbook guidelines at all times

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office, and industrial complex

  A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
