Join our client's team, a thriving advisory and wealth management firm managing nearly $5 billion in assets, as an Associate Tax Wealth Advisor based in Menlo Park.

As an Associate Tax Wealth Advisor, your duties will include:

• Preparing meeting resources such as agendas, reports, and detailed analyses.

• Overseeing portfolio accounting and performance reporting procedures.

• Assisting in implementing client recommendations.

• Developing financial projections using advanced Excel modeling techniques.

• Aiding advisors in evaluating client financial strategies through thorough research and analysis in investment, tax, estate, and financial planning.

• Conducting comprehensive research on investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, regulatory requirements, and market trends.

  Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in individual tax return preparation

• Preferred qualifications include CPA, CFA, CFP, or similar designations

• Ideally on the path to CFP certification and have experience at another RIA

• Proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative skills for financial analysis model development

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in client interactions
