Randstad is seeking a skilled Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator to join a team in Menomonee Falls. As an SMT Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accurate placement and soldering of surface mount components onto printed circuit boards Responsibilities: Responsible for everyday machine operations. SMT line start-up & shut down. Verification of run and first article inspections. React quickly to machine menus, replacement component reel changes and error codes. Complete all production paper work in a consistent, timely manner. Must be able to interpret all production paperwork. Organize responsibilities to achieve maximum output to meet production and quality requirements.
