ManpowerGroup Journeyworker Maintenance Mechanic 1st Shift in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Journeyworker Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Journeyworker Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting various teams within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Job Title: Journeyworker Maintenance Mechanic
Location : Menomonee Falls, WI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Range : $27 - $35 per hour, based on experience
What’s the Job?
Analyze and resolve mechanical issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and equipment problems
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate with vendors
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance activities
Assist with machinery installation and equipment setup
What’s Needed?
Two (2) years of vocational or high school education supplemented by an accredited journeyman level apprenticeship
Four (4) years of experience in varied maintenance operations
Certified State Indentured Journeyman designation
Knowledge of machining technology, mechanical principles, and precision measuring procedures
Millwright skills are ideal
