Employee is responsible for prepping the food by cutting meat, slicing vegetables, seasoning our broth for Pho (beef noodle soup) according to the recipe, they also prepare basic sauces, marinated meat. They are also assist the head chef by preparing the veggies and ingredients, utensil for the head chef to stir fry any food on a wok. They are also assist in putting food in to go bag for take-out order. Occasionally, they work with ordering supplies with our vendor or grocery shopping. They do not direct or supervise any other staff. Vietnamese cooking experience preferred. Employee will be working with other Vietnamese speaking employees so Vietnamese speaking preferred.
