TicketManager Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation in Mesa, Arizona

The Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation will work alongside colleagues to provide support to our Revenue and Marketing teams. As a Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for data entry, lead validation, and overall CRM hygiene. This position is critical to the success of our outbound lead generation efforts by facilitating the team’s activities to maximize performance.

This role is In-Office, Monday-Friday 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 1+ years of related work experience

  • CRM experience is required (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

  • Experience working with ZoomInfo, ActiveCampaign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Alerts, MS Office (specifically Excel and Outlook)

  • Process-driven, detail-oriented thinker with a proven ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, result-oriented, entrepreneurial environment

    Responsibilities:

  • Create new leads, contacts, and accounts

  • Update and maintain our demographic, firmographic, and industry related (sponsorship deals, team lists, conference lists, etc...) databases

  • Source industry news and current events

  • Build lead lists for sales and marketing campaigns

  • Prepare relevant reports as needed
