Job Responsibilities:

• Supports management and deployment of the CORE Operating System at all Site Organization levels with initiatives to improve processes

• Occasionally oversees internal CORE/lean training and facilitates CORE Engagements (kaizen events).

• Ensures and enables CORE Site maturity assessments. Recommends process and procedural changes to ensure that company objectives in the areas of safety, people, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency are met.

• May provide Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving support and training.

• Define metrics structure and periodic monitoring of them in order to identify improvement opportunities.

• Partnering with Manufacturing Cells and Functional Departments to ensure CORE tools implementation.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field/ similar

• English 60 %

• 1 to 2 years CORE experience (Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement)

• Understanding of contemporary Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques .

• Strong Office skills (Excel, Power point, Word)

• Effective Communication skills

• Experience in (Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence)

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or professional experience in related industry.

• May have experience managing cross-functional teams and managing projects.
