What You Will Do:

• Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.

• Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.

• Plan the allocation of resources, materials and personnel to establish maximum utilization of equipment.

• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.

  Qualifications You Must Have :

• Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical) and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR

• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience

• Proficient conversational and written English required , needs to be able to efficiently communicate both in person and in reports/via email.

• Valid Visa is required . May be expected to travel.

• Medium-advanced E xcel user

• Good communication & presentation skills

• P roject management

• Experience using continuous improvement tools including LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.

• Experience leveraging influencing, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.

  Qualifications We Preferred:

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.

• AutoCAD and SolidWorks

• Experience with Drawings, BOMs, Routings, Manufacturing Procedures and product specifications.

  Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) . An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed .
