• At least 2 year as Team Leader/ Supervisor or similar position

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

• Experience Leading Projects

• Personnel management

• Ability to develop recovery plans, Result oriented and excellent communication skills

• Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel

• English (Intermediate)

• Available to work in 2nd shit (3:30PM – 11:30PM)
