Business Controller – R&D

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our R&D team.

You’ll make an impact as you:

• Control the actual, forecast, and budget of R&D projects.

• Plan and control cost center and budget allocation, including the monthly analysis, measure setting, and tracking.

• Coordinate with the local R&D responsible for the total R&D cost view and headcount, including transparency regarding changes, impact, and measures set.

• Be a thought partner for questions regarding strategy surrounding R&D cost, headcount, CAPEX, NCE, etc.

• Coordinate with HQ development partners and draw up the necessary contracts with international cooperations.

• Drive digital transformation by adapting and involving controlling requirements to increase transparency and impact.

• Create business plans and EVA calculations for R&D projects and tracking of target costs for various projects.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with financial management in a controller role.

• 3+ years of experience using financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems, such as SAP.

• 3+ years of experience using PowerBI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business major

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with SAP

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• MBA or CPA
