Roles and Responsibilities
Focus on customer parts fulfillment through order cycle; working quickly, accurately, and effectively to resolve customer issues.
Interface with internal & external customers on a daily basis to meet fulfillment needs for orders; meeting quarterly sales and cash targets and customer deadlines.
Drive fulfillment processes across critical enabling cross-functional teams to support customer delivery expectations (including Engineering, Sourcing, Pricing, Shipping, Factories, Commercial and Field Teams).
Manage Order-to-Remittance (OTR) for internal customers with New Unit Spares, Transactional Customers (TX) and Contractual Services Agreements (CSAs) fulfillment request.
Act as the voice of the customer for escalations relating to orders and parts delivery.
Manage shortages and returned material while supporting the business inventory & quality strategy.
Enhance and maintain internal and external customer relationships.
Support system enhancements and key initiatives that affect parts fulfillment operations.
Provide clear & detailed quote/ order management communication to all affected stakeholders across the life cycle of the order.
Understand affected order management Performance Indicators – as critical measures of parts fulfillment excellence.
Manage & maintain accurate order data quality across the life cycle of order.
Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Services & Customer Order and Fulfillment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Teams, is highly desirable.
Desired Characteristics
Knowledge of Manufacturing / Sourcing operations.
Knowledge of Oracle or other Siebel based software.
Familiarity with the Energy industry.
Project management experience.
Green Belt or equivalent quality certification.
