Job Overview:

As aGroundskeeper,you’llbe responsibleformaintainingthe overall appearance and cleanliness of the building/facility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Cuts grass,maintainslawn, trims around trees,walkwaysand markers.

• Clears debris andmaintainsdrives and walkways in safe condition.

• May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise.

• Maintains, services,cleansand properly stores equipment.

• Ability to properlyutilizenew equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

• Must have experience usinghandheldtools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum,blowerand others.

• Multiple language fluency is desirable.

• Previousexperience preferred.

• Mustcomply withOSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.followingappropriate safetyprocedures

• Work in an upright standing position forlong periodsof time

• Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (maximum 3ft)

• Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g.,heat, cold, wind, rain)

• Walk and climb stairs

• Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment

• Reach with hands and arms

• Ability toquickly and easily navigatethe property/building asrequiredto meet the job functions

• Repeat various motions with the wrists,handsand fingers

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
