Responsibilities

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the general ledger accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

• Prepare journal entries

• Oversees AP/AR Transactions.

• Entering financial data into accounting system

• Assist with month-end close processes

• Assist with tax preparation

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements

• Perform account analysis and reconciliations

• Assist in reporting requirements.

• Provide support to other accounting functions as needed

• Provide support to Controller as needed

• Supporting budgeting activities
