The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Training Device Technician at the Miami Training Campus to maintain flight simulators and associated training equipment.

This position is expected to be 100% on-site. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Miami, FL location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the repair, test, installation, configuration, upgrade and modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software.

  • Performs general pre-operations, post-operations and component handling of training devices.

  • Orders, ships and receives parts and components.

  • Assists in troubleshooting to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.

  • Works under general supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience maintaining Full Flight Simulators and or aircraft maintenance.

  • 1+ years of experience with electronic/electrical systems.

  • 1 + years technical/associate college degree

  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience maintaining avionics/electronics.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications, TDMS, IPSS scheduling tools.

  • Experience with qualification test guide running and grading (QTG's)

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations

Summary pay range: 48,300 – 66,700
