Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year inbound call center experience

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

• Positive attitude and customer focus

• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems/applications, and utilize resources to find information

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls & multi task

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and overtime whenever needed

• Excellent attendance record

• HVAC industry experience a plus

• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
