DESCRIPTION OF WORK This is a hands-on position in which you will perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks while repairing and maintaining buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Work hours may change due to operational needs. Travel may be required as operationally needed Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Necessary Special Requirement:

Possession of a valid PA non - commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent. Additional Requirements:

You must be able to report to Middletown, Pennsylvania to complete job duties. You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required): Completion of formal training in a skilled building, electrical, or mechanical trade Experience in building and plant maintenance work involving at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades Experience in commercial carpentry Experience in the plumbing trade Experience working in the electrical trade field Experience working in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and/or HVAC systems Experience in commercial maintenance of buildings and equipment Experience with 3-phase wiring to include emergency generators, Automatic Transfer Switches, switch gears and 3-phase panels Experience with domestic hot water mixing valves, recirculating loops, aqua stats, and instantaneous water heaters Experience with the provisions of Life Safety Codes and Uniform Construction Code (UCC), relating to the repair of buildings Structural experience in the maintenance or repair of buildings.
