Responsible for assisting in managing the defined scope.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Accountable for end-to-end resolution of all reported incidents and inquiries.
Acts as a liaison between the business and IT
Monitor the incident/request to confirm issues are meeting SLA’s defined based on the priority
Triage a wide range of production issues; perform research & analysis required to determine root cause
Work closely with the PPR/SIU Team manually updating, deleting and validating data. Requires constant verbal and written
Communication with the SIU team to resolve issues. Correcting issues on-demand.
Knowledge of HCPC/CPT Codes
Provides Infrastructure Testing support on the weekends as needed
Investigates and documents escalated issues and possible solutions to problems found
Route work to appropriate areas for further analysis as required or into appropriate process for resolution
May consult with additional technology resources to solve issues requiring other specialized technical support.
Requires Associates degree in computer science or information systems Technical Institute Degree; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. 1 or more years of systems engineering or systems analysis experience preferred but not required. Requires an understanding of the application being tested from both a business and technical perspective. Analytical, organization and planning skills required. Detailed-oriented with ability to multi-task required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

An Ideal candidate will have:
Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts.
Capability perform daily activities with minimal supervision.
Proficient with Service Now
