CHS Employees specialize in coaching our consumers various life skills to help them gain or maintain their independence. This may include assisting and/or encouraging with daily activities such as housekeeping, cooking, community involvement, etc.

*Need some flexibility in your life? The CHS Midland Team is always hiring for On-Call/Casual DSP's- perfect 2nd job! *On-Call or Casual Employees are hired on in an "as needed" status with no permanent work schedule. and are primarily used to for vacation coverage, staffing shortages and assistance with staff call-ins when and if they're available. These staff have the opportunity to train with multiple homes in their area to get more hours and get first opportunity for any permanent positions as they become available.
