Job Description

One of Insight Global's premier energy clients is looking for a CMMS Data Entry Coordinator to join their team in Midland, TX. This individual will be joining the Reliability Team and will provide support to the Asset Strategy Coordinator. Daily, this person will be responsible for updating equipment and procedures in AVEVA Mobile Operator. They will transfer information from newly acquired facilities or operations/maintenance changes into AVEVA Mobile Operator, as well as build new facility or equipment templates. Other softwares that this person may utilize on a daily basis include Excel, Power BI, Infor EAM, and SAP. This position will start as a hybrid role for onboarding and training, and then transition into a primarily remote role with this person coming onsite every other Thursday.

Skills and Requirements

Experience with data entry and providing technical administrative support

Experience working in the oil and gas industry

CMMS systems experience (computerized maintenance management system)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)

Experience working with SAP and AVEVA Mobile Operator Experience working with an operations or maintenance team

Power BI experience

Infor EAM experience null
