Job Description

An employer in the Midland, TX area is looking for a Construction Representative. The selected candidate will support mechanical/civil/pipeline construction projects within the company's midcontinent area, specifically Pecos, TX. The Construction representative will be responsible for the execution safety, quality and efficiency of onshore construction work supporting the upstream operations in the Permian Basin in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico. The Construction Representative position is responsible for day-to-day oversite of activities related to project construction work executed by contractors. The Construction Representative is responsible for ensuring Construction, safety, quality and efficiency standards are adhered to during all construction activities. The construction Representatives work with the Engineering and Operations groups to coordinate project work to reduce downtime and associated production losses. Construction Representatives are expected to actively participate in project design as well project execution phases.

Skills and Requirements

8-10 years of experience as a construction Representative

Experience with onshore oil and gas facilities construction

Background in Mechanical construction

Experience mentoring in the field and working with a multidisciplinary team

Experience actively participating in project design as well project execution phases null
