Zions Bancorporation Project Manager - Remote in Midvale, Utah

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position will have the skills and abilities necessary to:
Be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.
Manage specific department/division projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare action plans, including resources, timeframes, and reporting/data analysis for projects as needed.
Organize work through planned tasks to ensure project objectives are met on time, within scope and delivering anticipated value.
Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet department/division/customer expectations.
Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments.
Manage projects through entire life cycle from initiation through closing.
Direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis.
Identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
Be responsible for tracking costs/budgets.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree and 2+ years experience in project management processes, methodologies and tools, resource and changes management practices and techniques or other directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Working knowledge of project management, including methodologies, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource management.
Knowledge of department processes, procedures, and applications.
Experience in solution identification and assessment and creation of business and financial case.
Must have solid leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
Ability to meet deadlines, schedules, and budgeted costs.
Solid negotiation and facilitation abilities.
